*Gibson Auction does its best to represent the items in the online catalog to be as accurate as possible in both picture and description, but again NO warranties or guarantees are made. Auctioneer has final say on any & all disputes.
*If you are a successful and winning bidder, you have entered into a legally binding contract to purchase the property and remove the property.
* Gibson Auction Inc reserves the right to reject any bid at our discretion.
*Items are to be removed from the premise on the pick up dates which are March 30th & 31st from from 9am-4pm. These are the only days for pick up and the only opportunity to remove the item from the premise. If you do not pick up your item on this day, the item is deemed abandoned.

Gibson Auction Inc is not a shipper. However, if you need items shipped, please contact us at either 540-661-0001 or auction@gibsonauction.com to let us know. We can transport your items to a nearby ups/fed ex dealer. At that point, the shipper will contact you for further instruction and to receive payment for shipping. We are not liable for any damages during shipment.
For large Items, the buyer must arrange his/her own shipping. We can paletize large items and have it on a load out dock to be picked up by the shipper.
