Auctioneer has final say on any & all disputes. *If you are a successful and winning bidder, you have entered into a legally binding contract to purchase the property and remove the property. * Gibson Auction Inc reserves the right to reject any bid at our discretion. *Items are to be removed from the premise on the pick up dates which are Thursday May 20th & Friday May 21st from 9am-4pm. These are the only days for pick up and the only opportunity to remove your item/s from this onsite location. If you do not pick up your item/s on this day, the item/s is deemed abandoned. There will be a flat fee of $50.00 per lot for items not picked up. * Applicable taxes apply to the total purchase price (hammer price + 15% buyer's premium) * Acceptable payment types include: Visa, Master Card & Discover. *All Sales are final and no refunds will be given. *Buyers are responsible for any and all loading and removal of items. *Gibson Auction Inc is not a shipping company. If you need an item shipped, our company will transport your items for an additional fee to a local fed ex/ups dealer who will contact you for shipping prices and other shipping details. Firearms *If you purchase one of the firearms in this sale, you MUST set up an appointment time with Gibson Auction for pick up at our auction facility which is located at 220 Byrd Street Orange, Va 22960. Gibson Auction is a certified FFL and a background check for the buyer will need to be conducted at our facility. Please contact at our at 540-661-0001 to set up an appointment time. *All modern firearms (post 1898) will be sold under Gibson Auction Inc Federal Firearms License (FFL). * All Federal & State laws apply to the buyer *Long guns- (rifles, shotguns) must be 18 years of age *Hand guns- (revolvers, pistols) must be 21 years of age *Straw Purchases are prohibited. A straw purchase is purchasing a firearm for another individual who is not lawfully able to own the firearm. *Out of state buyers must provide a current FFL, where firearms can be shipped and background check can be conducted. * It is the responsibility of all potential buyers to know the laws of what firearms are prohibited in their localities. * All firearms are being sold “as is”. * Printed material is for identification only and no comment is being made as to condition. Gibson Auction Inc is not a shipper. However, if you need items shipped, please contact us at either 540-661-0001 or auction@gibsonauction.com to let us know. We can transport your items to a nearby UPS/FedEx dealer for an additional fee. The fee depends on the size/weight of the items. The shipper will contact you for payment and any further instructions.
