*Gibson Auction does its best to represent the items in the online catalog to be as accurate as possible in both picture and description, but again NO warranties or guarantees are made. Auctioneer has final say on any & all disputes.
*If you are a successful and winning bidder, you have entered into a legally binding contract to purchase the property and remove the property.
* Gibson Auction Inc reserves the right to reject any bid at our discretion.
*Items are to be removed from the premise on the pick up day which is Wed March 16th from 9am-4pm. This is the only day for pick up. If you can not pick your items up on this day, please send someone on your behalf with your permission. If you do not pick up your items on this day, the items will be deemed abandoned. * Applicable taxes apply to the total purchase price (hammer price + 15% buyer's premium)

Also, some of the items are currently attached to the out buildng (ie signs, antique farm decor). We will have the tools necessary for the items to be removed, but the buyer must do the removal.

Gibson Auction Inc is not a shipper. However, if you need items shipped, please contact us at either 540-661-0001 or auction@gibsonauction.com to let us know. We can transport your items to a nearby UPS/FedEx dealer for an additional fee. The fee depends on the size/weight of the items.
The 3rd party shipper will contact you for payment and any further instructions.
*If you purchase a large item such as a piece of large piece of equipment, heavy shop tool, or piece of furniture, you must arrange for your own freight shipping.
