*Gibson Auction does its best to represent the items in the online catalog to be as accurate as possible in both picture and description, but again NO warranties or guarantees are made. Auctioneer has final say on any & all disputes.
*If you are a successful and winning bidder, you have entered into a legally binding contract to purchase the property and remove the property.
* Gibson Auction Inc reserves the right to reject any bid at our discretion.
*Items are to be removed from the premise on the pick up day which is Friday July 1st from 9am-3pm Items not picked up are deemed abandoned, unless prior arrangements were made with the auction staff.
* Applicable taxes apply to the total purchase price (hammer price + 15% buyer's premium)
* Acceptable payment types include: Visa, Master Card & Discover.
*All Sales are final and no refunds will be given.
*Buyers are responsible for any and all loading and removal of items. Bring assistance for pieces of furniutre. The Auction Staff is NOT responsible for loading your items.
*Gibson Auction Inc is not a shipping company. If you need an item shipped, our company will transport your items to a local fed ex/ups dealer who will contact you for shipping prices and other shipping details. There will be a handling/transporting fee because this is an offsite sale (price depends on size of item, furniture will not be moved)
Large items such as furniture, will NOT be shipped.

If you keep a low balance on your credit card and you purchase items at our sale, please make sure there is enough on your card at the close out of the sale. Cards are run immediately following the closing of the sale.

Gibson Auction Inc is not a shipper. However, if you need items shipped, please contact us immediately after the closing of the sale at either 540-661-0001 or auction@gibsonauction.com to let us know.
We can transport your items to a nearby UPS/FedEx dealer. Since the items are not at our location, there will be a fee for this service. Amount depends on the size of the items.
The UPS/Fed Ex Dealer will contact you for payment and any further instructions.
