Auction Terms & Conditions **PLEASE READ ALL THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS BEFORE BIDDING ON ITEMS**
1) BUYER'S PREMIUM: There is a 15% buyer's premium on all purchases + 5.3% sales tax unless you have a tax ID number on file with us prior to the auction.
2) CREDIT CARD INFORMATION: You must provide your credit card number, expiration and 3 digit security code TO US in order to register. AuctionFlex DOES NOT provide this information to us but WE MUST HAVE IT in order to charge your card at the completion of the auction. Once you register, you will get an email from us acknowledging you have registered and asking for you to provide your credit card information to us then, to complete the registration process. Winning bidders will receive a paid invoice receipt via email. PLEASE bring your receipt at the time of pickup.
3) PREVIEW DATES & TIMES: Friday February 3rd & Monday February 6th from 8 am to 5 pm.
4) PICKUP DATES & TIMES: All items must be picked up on Tuesday February 7th between 8 am and 4 pm or Wednesday February 7th between 8 am and 12 noon. No exceptions~
5) SHIPPING: We are NOT shippers but will assist you by taking your items to a local UPS style pack & ship store. Customer assumes full responsibilty for shipping and any disputes are between the customer and shipper. We DO NOT offer shipping quotes but you can call Copy Stop Pack & Ship Store at 540-661-1115 for further help.
